How to use:
1.Stir Evenly
Stir the ink thoroughly before use to ensure uniform color and no precipitation, avoiding uneven color and printing defects.
2.Printing Operation
Add the prepared ink into the ink tank of the printing press, adjust the ink volume and printing pressure, conduct a test print to confirm the effect, then proceed to mass production.
3.Post-Printing Treatment
After printing, place the finished products in a ventilated area for natural drying. Allow full drying before cutting, stacking and use.
4.Storage Method
Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from high temperature, direct sunlight and freezing. Use as soon as possible after opening to prevent ink deterioration.

Q1: Can POP ink be printed on plastic sheets?
Yes, please clean the surface of the sheet simply before printing to improve adhesion and avoid ink peeling.
Q2: Will there be color differences between different batches of POP ink?
Normally the color is basically consistent. If slight differences occur, they can be corrected by full stirring and fine color adjustment. For large-volume printing, it is recommended to purchase sufficient ink of the same batch at one time.
Q3: How long is the shelf life of unopened POP ink?
Under sealed, cool and dry storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened ink is 12 months. After opening, it is recommended to use it within 3 months to avoid deterioration.
